This is an exciting opportunity to join the company at a pivotal stage, following the recent opening of a second North West office and ambitious growth plans through 2026. Overview As a Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of motor claims handlers. You will ensure claims are managed efficiently and in line with company policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
