The Role:
We are looking for a candidate that can make their mark and ensure efficient, cost‑effective production. Here’s how:
* Develop short‑, medium‑, and long‑term production plans aligned to customer demand
* Optimise production schedules and packing line efficiency
* Monitor adherence to plans and replan proactively when needed
* Collaborate closely with manufacturing, materials, commercial, and quality teams
* Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and support continuous process improvement
About You:
* Experience in production planning or scheduling within food or FMCG manufacturing
* Strong understanding of manufacturing and packing processes
* Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and data‑driven planning
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Passionate about delivering results, building relationships, and embracing innovation
