Role: Tool Hire Manager
Location: Lincoln
Salary: GBP 40,000 : GBP 50,000 (DOE) + Bonus and Commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30am : 4:30pm
Weekend Hours: 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am : 12:00pm

As Tool Hire Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the hire department, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial results and efficient day:to:day operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
: Managing the daily operations of the tool hire desk
: Leading, motivating, and developing the team
: Driving sales and maximising revenue opportunities
: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
: Ensuring health and safety and compliance standards are met
: Overseeing stock control, asset management and availability
: Account management and developing existing relationships
What We're Looking For:
: Previous experience within tool hire, plant hire or equipment rental
: Strong leadership and team management skills
: Commercially aware with a focus on sales and profitability
: Excellent customer service and communication skills
: Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast:paced environment
