Requirements

Graduate / Entry‑Level Roles

• Bachelor’s degree (required for Chinese work visa eligibility).
• Clean criminal background check.
• Ability to commit to a 12‑month contract.

A 120‑hour TEFL certificate can be completed during the visa preparation period if not already obtained.

Experienced Roles

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years full‑time classroom teaching experience.
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / State License preferred).
• CELTA / DELTA accepted for English specialist roles.
