As an Operations Manager, youll keep the hotel running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. Take a deep breath because youll be stepping into a busy role! Youll be working alongside the General Manager to oversee operations, ensure every stay is extra special and inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests expectations. As an Operations Manager, you will:
Be yourself!
Undertake Duty Manager shifts as required to support the team
Work alongside the General Manager to devise new ways of moving the Leonardo Hotels brand forward in your hotel
Support with the delivery of new starter induction and Guest Care training, ensuring all team members are offering great hospitality to our brand standards
Actively monitor recruitment requirements in your hotel to support the operation (and your current team!)
Have good knowledge of the local area to drive business opportunities for your hotel
Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team
