An established organisation operating across Scotland is looking to appoint a Technology Support Analyst to join their internal IT team in Edinburgh.
This is a structured first-line support role within a collaborative Service Desk environment, supporting users across multiple sites.
The Role As part of the internal IT team, you will:
Provide 1st line support via phone, Teams, email and face-to-face
Log, triage and manage tickets through the Service Desk system
Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
Manage Active Directory user accounts and access
Build and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices
Assist with routine system checks and upgrades
Work to agreed SLAs and escalate where appropriate
This is an internal IT function not an MSP environment meaning youll support one organisation and build strong relationships with users.
What Were Looking For Experience in IT Support / Service Desk / Helpdesk
Exposure to Windows desktop environments
Familiarity with Microsoft 365
Experience working with ticketing systems
Strong communication skills
Full UK driving licence
