Role Overview:
An established and well-regarded North West law firm recognised for its clinical negligence practice is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing team in Warrington. The role involves managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from instruction through to conclusion, including litigated cases. You will work closely with clients, medical experts and other stakeholders, delivering clear, high-quality advice while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
1. 3–6 years’ PQE handling clinical negligence matters
2. Experience managing litigated clinical negligence claims from start to finish
3. Strong case management and progression skills
4. Proven billing record
5. Ability to liaise confidently with clients, experts and third parties
6. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
7. Commitment to delivering excellent client care
