Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female MSK/Sports Physiotherapist to join our team of Physios, Osteopaths and Sports Therapists. The ideal candidate is open, honest and transparent, possessing a strong background in patient care and demonstrating proficiency in MSK/Sports Physio. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various MSK conditions, with a focus on improving mobility and quality of life, utilising strong 'hands-on', rehab and communication skills.
Duties
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient requirements.
* Utilise a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and enhance physical function.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and preventive measures. We use Rehab My Patient to assist this process.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with medical standards. We use Cliniko for patient management.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Each clinician has access to Google Workplace to assist communication within and outside the clinic.
* Stay updated on advancements in physiotherapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Ongoing CPD assisted.
* Mentorship and guidance from our highly qualified Clinic Director.

Qualifications
* Relevant degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
* Proven experience in MSK/Sport is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is essential for effective practice.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
