Responsibilities:
* Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
* Handle various tenders such as cash, checks, credit/debit cards, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons, and loyalty offers, following company policies.
* Adhere to cash handling limits and work honestly to control loss.
* Follow guidelines on restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
* Report pricing discrepancies and stay current with ads and promotions.
* Follow food safety regulations and safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions.
* Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with product inquiries.
* Comply with all applicable laws and company policies.
* Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflict effectively and acting with integrity.
* Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
