Job description
We need a full time Senior Consultant Business Psychologist to deliver assessment solutions, assist with consultancy projects, deliver high end training courses and to manage client accounts.
For this role candidates will have:
* an MSc in Occupational/Organisational Psychology
* qualifications in personality assessment - ideally BPS TUP as well as test specific certifications
* a consulting background with at least 4 years' experience in managing client relationships and projects
* experience delivering assessment and development projects (e.g., leadership development, stakeholder debriefs, assessment centres, psychometric insights)
* a passion for applying psychological insights to individual, leader and team development
* strong commercial focus with a proven track record of successfully engaging with business clients
* motivated by client engagement, with experience managing and expanding end-to-end accounts
* enthusiasm for training with some first hand experience delivering training courses
* up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the assessment market and the latest methodologies
* a keen interest in and thorough knowledge of psychometrics
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant Business Psychologist will be required to fulfil the following duties:
Business development and client relationship management, including:
* Primary lead for key client accounts, including proactive engagement with main clients
* Understanding individual client needs to propose tailored solutions
* Preparing and delivering proposals, tenders and presentation materials
* Responding to client leads and offering expert guidance
* Consulting with clients and delivering presentations
Professional services, including:
* Training delivery for our Hogan certification and advanced courses with potential to support on other courses such as RiskTypeCompass.
* Being a lead consultant in the delivery of consultancy projects. This could include individual assessments, report writing, delivering feedbacks, leadership development, team development, helping to design research projects (e.g. validation studies or bespoke assessment solutions).
Customer support:
You would be expected to familiarise yourself with all PCL products and services, their content and their prices, to provide knowledgeable customer support to your clients.

Personal qualities
The successful candidate will need to be passionate about personality psychology, flexible, self-motivated, energetic, good at building and maintaining client relationships and able to work well in a small team.
Knowledge & experience
The successful candidate will need to have an MSc in Organisational Psychology, be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, PowerPoint, and have at least 4 years' relevant work experience in a commercial environment. Qualifications in some or all of our assessment products (especially Hogan) would be advantageous. A BPS TUA TUP qualification is required.
Job location
The position will be based in our London offices, and requires 4 days in office, 1 day WFH.
