Meeting and greeting customers at the service desk
Managing booking systems and vehicle check-ins
Advising customers on required repairs and services
Upselling through vehicle health checks as a Service Front Counter Advisor
Preparing estimates and invoices, processing customer payments

Conducting handovers and follow-up calls
