As one of our dedicated and skilled Arrears Recovery Officers, you will be part of a team that provides an excellent and crucial service both internally and to our thousands of customers.
We don’t just deal with money. Our work impacts our existing and former tenants and we help those with complex housing issues, those who have suffered bereavement, domestic violence, mental and physical illness by giving advice on benefits and services to help people sustain their tenancies or be free from debt.
About the role
Your work in this role will help support our customers to sustain their tenancies as well as managing rent arrears and court costs for a designated set of accounts to maximise rental income to the Group.
You will take timely action in cases of rent arrears including County Court action.
You will be part of a team of around 45 colleagues including our dedicated Money Advice Team that works collaboratively to provide an excellent and crucial service to our thousands of existing and former customers.
