Job Description
The ideal candidate must be computer literate, proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and the in-house computer system. Responsibilities include processing correspondence, court orders, and applications, as well as handling telephone inquiries. Good customer service skills are essential, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additional duties include filing, posting, and some court ushering.
Requirements include BPSS clearance and a Basic DBS check.
Working Hours
Full-time, 9 am to 5 pm, office-based.
Contract End Date
16/10/2025, with potential extension (not guaranteed).
