What You'll Do As a Youth Worker with Nurseplus, you'll make a meaningful difference by supporting children and young adults through a range of complex and challenging circumstances. Key responsibilities include: Providing direct support to young people facing issues such as risk of homelessness, mental health concerns, or seeking asylum. Encouraging and promoting independent living by developing life skills and confidence. Building trusting relationships to offer emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs. Collaborating with social workers, mental health professionals, and other agencies to ensure coordinated care. Supporting young people in accessing education, training, or employment opportunities. What We Need From You Must be aged 25 and over Previous experience and/or qualifications working with children desirable The right to work in the UK. A good standard of English and effective communication skills.
