An exciting opportunity has arisen for a private client administrator to join a leading London based law firm. The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of secretarial and administrative work. This is a fully office-based position (5 days a week).
Daily duties will include dealing with correspondence and documents, opening, and closing files, archiving, updating records/databases and assisting with financial and diary management. Further duties will include liaising with clients and setting up meetings as well as coordinating with the business development team and assisting with marketing events.
Applicants will have gained previous secretarial/administrative experience within a private client department. First class communication and organisational skills are paramount coupled with the ability to meet various deadlines in a fast paced environment.
