What you’ll do
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Janitor to join our gardens team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order across key areas of the property, including but not limited to keeping the recycling area clean, tidy and well organized, ensuring the residents' car park is clean and free of debris, and caring for the cobbled area at the back of the courtyard rooms. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
What we’re looking for
16. Good Communication skills (verbal & listening)
17. Enthusiastic, Pro-active and reliable
18. Able to work alone and within a team
19. Previous experience of manual working in an outside/gardening environment preferred
