We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our growing team. As a Service and Projects Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing service plans, supporting engineering projects, and driving customer satisfaction. This hybrid role blends office-based coordination with customer-facing engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Work closely with the Service Manager to generate, present, and sell compressor and ancillary equipment service plans.
* Conduct customer visits as needed for presentations and fact-finding.
* Coordinate and oversee engineering projects in collaboration with the Service Manager, Engineering Manager, and Operations Director.
* Prospect new and existing accounts to promote our service offerings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key service plan accounts.
* Support internal sales during peak periods, holidays, and absences.
* Submit a monthly sales report (pipeline, wins/losses) and maintain a weekly call plan.
* Ensure the accuracy and validity of ongoing service plans.
* Promote the company’s full portfolio to existing clients where appropriate.
Quotations & Order Processing:
* Prepare and submit quotations with appropriate managerial approval.
* Support customer inquiries as needed, working alongside the external sales team or Directors.
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong customer-facing skills with a commercial mindset.
* Familiarity with Outlook and Excel reporting.
* Willingness to learn and stay current with industry standards and training (e.g. HPC, Omega, Infinity, H&S).
* A proactive, professional attitude and the flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
