Lorien is partnering with a leading UK organisation on an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Marketing Consultant to take ownership of their Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and drive its evolution. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the heart of a major transformation, giving you the chance to influence architecture, integrations, and roadmap decisions from day one.

What you'll do
Own and optimise the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including roadmap development, configuration, and governance.
Design and deliver solutions using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and integration with Data Cloud and CRM.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain robust security protocols.
Drive continuous improvement through analytics and insights, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Datorama, and Tableau.
What we're looking for
Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) and strong technical skills in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
Experience with API integrations, data extensions, and Salesforce ecosystem tools (Data Cloud, CRM).
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Background in large-scale organisations or consultancy/vendor environments.
Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.
