Senior Audit Manager - Leadership Role
This leadership role is a key position within our audit team, responsible for delivering high-quality audits that meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing large, complex engagements and be able to lead project teams with confidence. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of large, complex audits, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
* Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to staff members as needed
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations
* Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
* Mentor and train staff members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
* Significant experience in audit management, preferably in a senior role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and motivate project teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
