Job Description
3. Process and record invoices accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
5. Assist with payment runs and resolve any supplier queries promptly.
6. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and support month-end processes.
7. Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements.
8. Ensure all documentation is correctly filed and easily accessible for audits.
9. Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance department as required.
10. Contribute to the overall goals of the organisation by supporting financial integrity.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable (AP) temp should have:
11. Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
12. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
13. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
15. An understanding of working within the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
