This is a key role supporting the production of precision components essential for race performance, development, and reliability. Skills & Experience Required Proven background as a Precision Machinist, CNC Machinist, Grinder, or similar within high-tolerance engineering environments. Strong knowledge of metal cutting principles, including tool selection, chip formation, speeds/feeds, and machining strategy. Experience with either grinding operations and / or CNC programming would be highly desirable). Ability to work to extremely tight tolerances typically required in motorsport, aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing. Confident reading engineering drawings.
