Overview
Band 6 Community Nurse - Continuing Healthcare Team. Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time flexibility available. This locum position in Leeds offers £25 per hour for an ongoing 20-week assignment. We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates to shape their work-life balance.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver community nursing care as part of the Continuing Healthcare Team.
* Assess, plan, and manage patient care autonomously while maintaining high standards.

* Provide support and guidance to junior staff and trainees, fostering a learning environment.

Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Nurse.
* Meets the essential criteria of a standard Band 6 nurse.
* Must possess a valid UK driving licence.
* Experience in Continuing Healthcare.
