Customer Assistant
Overall Purpose
Our customer assistants are the essential link between our business and our customers. From day one, you’ll act as a brand ambassador offering great customer service to help us deliver the mission of being the home of the ultimate big screen experience.
No prior experience is required; enthusiasm and passion are key to creating an exciting atmosphere for our visitors.
You’ll greet customers, serve at retail counters, keep the cinema clean, and be knowledgeable about our latest content and blockbusters.
Many employees started as customer assistants and have developed careers within our business.
What Will I Be Doing?
* Supporting the customer journey from greeting to after-care, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
* Using efficiency at the till to maintain high service levels and manage queues
* Sharing information about current content, showtimes, and alternative options
* Completing daily tasks confidently using training tools
* Informing customers about pricing, booking options, and promotional offers
* Sharing fun facts and details about our products and services
* Advising on food & beverage options and promotional offers
* Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the cinema
* Ensuring safety by reporting suspicious activities or disruptions
What Skills Do I Need?
* Experience with people is preferred but not essential
* Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
* Team player supporting colleagues
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
* Initiative and eagerness to learn
* Respectful and approachable demeanor
* Professional appearance and tidy uniform
