Main Role
Serve as a partner team member for a key portfolio studio within Tencent Games Global, to provide advice and support on issues/challenges faced, and connect wider Tencent resources to the studio
Key Responsibilities
* Drive quality collaboratively and constructively, partner with essential team members to create an organizational structure and processes that allow the team to efficiently produce high-quality work on time
* Ensure effective processes are in place for project tracking, including milestone reviews and feedback
* Understand the studio’s production needs, bridge the right resources from Tencent & other Tencent portfolios and/or affiliates
* Prepare and regularly communicate project progress to Tencent, find and push for proper mitigation to relevant risk with the studio
* Maintain close contact with the studio and deliver on-ground support on a regular basis
Main Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Senior or Executive Producer in videogames industry
* Has shipped or been part of a team that shipped at least one game during the past 3 years
* Experience managing a medium-large production team or ideally development studios within one location and globally
* An understanding of a wide range of project management concepts, tools, and approaches and an ability to tailor methods to meet the requirements of the team
* Great interpersonal and communication skills, and collaborative approach
