Remuneration: £28,000 - £30,000 + discretionary bonus
The role of the Estimator/Order Processor Aluminium Fenestration Systems will involve:
Estimator / Order Processor position dealing with a high end manufactured range of aluminium systems such as windows, sliding doors, bi-fold doors, internal doors and curtain walling
Assist with any incoming customer queries via telephone & email
Raising quotations for customers and processing the orders that follow
Ensuring all orders are price checked against the sales cost allowed
Making sure that all order confirmations are correct, making changes if needed
Check with the factory to ensure that products are prepared on time
Raising purchase orders and matching them up to delivery notes and purchase invoices
Inputting all information on the internal systems
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator/Order Processor Aluminium Fenestration Systems with:
Must have experience within order processing, internal sales or customer service within the aluminium fenestration industry
Ideally will have experience dealing with fenestration software packages such as LogiKal or Window Designer
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Self-driven, results orientated with ability to multi task
Robust, positive outlook and team player
