MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
This key operational role combines event management and team leadership, ensuring the safe, professional, and exciting delivery of race events while acting as a Duty Manager on shift. You will be responsible for managing the team, enforcing safety standards, and creating unforgettable experiences for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Run thrilling, safe, and high-quality race events
Act as Duty Manager across Front of House & Track
Deliver engaging and confident safety briefings
Enforce race rules and driver standards professionally
Support team training, development & performance
Liaise with management to ensure events run to standard
What Were Looking For:
Customer-facing or event-based experience preferred
Strong communicator and people manager
Calm under pressure, confident on the microphone
Logical thinker with attention to detail
Comfortable working evenings/weekends
