Our Whatnot channel is an exciting part of our business — allowing us to connect directly with our community, showcase our stock in real time, and offer our customers a fun, engaging shopping experience. Role Overview We’re looking for a confident and energetic Whatnot Streamer / Operator to take ownership of our live selling presence on Whatnot. This is a dynamic hybrid role — combining on-camera presenting with behind-the-scenes operational work. You’ll help bring Tribe Vintage to life for our audience while also supporting the logistics that make each live show run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Live Streaming (Front of Camera) · Host regular live selling streams on Whatnot, showcasing Tribe Vintage products with enthusiasm and authenticity. · Engage with viewers in real time — answering questions, providing styling insights, and building community connection. · Maintain deep product knowledge, particularly around our vintage Ralph Lauren range and other premium stock. · Present products clearly and accurately, ensuring price and condition details are always correct. Stream Operations (Behind the Camera) · Prepare stock and set up the streaming area before each live show. · Organise inventory to ensure smooth product flow during live sales. · Operate camera, lighting, and tech setup when supporting another streamer. · Help maintain quality control and presentation standards for all listed items. Post-Stream & Logistics · Assist with packaging and shipping orders quickly and accurately after each stream. · Keep track of sold items and ensure accurate order fulfilment through Whatnot systems. · Maintain clear communication with the warehouse team to restock and prepare for upcoming streams. Skills & Experience Essential: · Confident, engaging, and comfortable being on camera. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Good product presentation skills with an eye for detail. · Organised and reliable — able to manage both performance and operational tasks. · Comfortable using digital platforms and learning new selling tools. Desirable: · Experience in live selling, presenting, or retail sales. · Interest in vintage fashion and brand storytelling. · Basic technical understanding of lighting, audio, and streaming setups. · Photography or social media experience is a bonus.
