Overview

At Gallagher, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing SME business. The role will have a broad remit, primarily focusing on improving efficiency and enhancing automation in our day-to-day business, whilst supporting the delivery of great customer outcomes and regulatory compliance. You will lead operational improvement and be responsible for managing change that supports both our colleagues and enhances our client outcomes. Ideally, you will have experience working within the insurance sector. This is a full-time role based on-site, with some flexibility, and you will join the leadership team, reporting to the Managing Director. How you'll make an impact In this role, you will lead on a wide variety of projects that both improve our existing processes, as well as launching new client focused initiatives such as improving distribution, telephony, digital enhancements and process efficiency. It will include involvement in our digital strategy, use of AI & automation and e-traded insurance products. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with teams across the business to ensure our operational excellence. About You You will be a motivated and results-driven professional with a degree or equivalent experience. You will have a strong understanding of insurance broking, underwriting, or operations, and ideally, will have worked within the insurance sector previously. We are looking for a confident, strong communicator, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must also be eligible to work in the UK.
