About the Role:
In the role of Head of Public Sector Sales, you will be responsible for the growth of Gett’s B2G offering in the UK.
You will be a key part of the Sales Team, but wholly responsible for achieving sector specific growth targets with the support of the team and the wider business. You will continuously look for new business opportunities, building a sustainable pipeline of opportunities, with a primary focus on non-emergency medical transport (hospitals, care homes), airports, and railway network operators.
The successful candidate will bring creativity and innovation to the role, alongside being target driven and having a strong ability to close large scale contracts
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
The B2G Sales Lead will be responsible for a comprehensive set of activities crucial for B2G market penetration and growth:
1. Strategic Customer Acquisition
2. Tender Management & Execution
3. Market Exploration & Growth
4. Thought Leadership & Industry Influence
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Requirements:
6. 3-5 years selling into Public Sector procurement
7. Deep experience managing complex tender processes
8. Experience selling a SaaS/tech solution into public sector organisations
9. Experience with the whole sales process from lead generation to “closed won” and ongoing account management. Having a hands on approach, able to generate leads from scratch where necessary
10. Proven ability to create and present outstanding presentations/pitches/demos
11. Experience of pipeline management
12. Able to multitask and prioritise multiple work-streams, clients, and internal stakeholders
13. Are excited about the opportunity to grow with the role and help develop new processes
