About us The successful candidate will join the Strategic Planning team and assist in arranging county council input into the district and city-wide Local Plans and Neighbourhood Plans. The role will be instrumental to shaping infrastructure and planning proposals required to support a growing Oxfordshire. About the role If successful you will be responsible for providing strategic planning advice to ensure the county's priorities and statutory requirements are secured in strategic development sites, Local Plans, Neighbourhood Plans and other planning documents in Oxfordshire, neighbouring authorities and other regional and national strategic bodies. You will be heavily involved in all aspects of strategic planning and provide specialised locality-based knowledge and advice where required. About you You will be highly motivated, with a keen eye for detail and strong sense of customer focus, delivering the best possible experience to our stakeholders, customers and partners. You will be a good motivator and mentor for your team, providing quality advice and guidance, based on sound knowledge and experience. Ideally you will have an Undergraduate degree in Town Planning or a similar/related subject.
