1. E2E delivery for all requirements, underpinning growth and NPS
2. Leadership of the Programme Team to provide professional services focussing on the innovative design for customers.
3. Ensure the Programme team consult with customers to design the most appropriate technical solutions.
4. Delivers Customer Programme requirements into wider GSS projects working closely with the Delivery teams.
