Operations Administrator, £25,000 - £27,000 dep on exp, Full time (Flexible hours available) We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Operations Administrator to join the operations team of a well-established transport company based in Carlisle. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support for business operations, ensuring accurate management of project schedules and effective resource planning within this growing organisation. Due to the nature of the role and sector, this role is site based 5 days a week in Carlisle. The client will consider flexibility to start and finish times. Essential Skills/Knowledge: IT skills – Outlook, Excel, Word Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Effective prioritisation and time management Excellent written and verbal communication Experience in project scheduling and coordination Familiarity with resource planning and allocation Main Duties: Develop and maintain schedules using information from clients and internal teams Regularly update schedules to reflect project changes and progress Answering and directing phone calls Managing reception area Data entry and document filing Managing incoming and outgoing mail Provide administrative support to Managers Coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing Arrange accommodation bookings as required Collate and distribute key operational documents Benefits Package: Competitive salary 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Free onsite parking Friendly team About the Company: This well-established transport company has built a strong reputation as a trusted provider of high-quality transport and logistics services across diverse projects and sectors throughout the UK.
