Job Summary
We are seeking ambitious, flexible, and hardworking Sales Assistants to join our direct sales team. Key Responsibilities
* Engage directly with customers to build rapport, understand their needs, and deliver tailored product recommendations.
* Drive sales by presenting products confidently, handling objections effectively, and closing deals.
* Take initiative in upselling and cross-selling to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
* Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude when representing the brand in person, over the phone, and online.
* Support and encourage colleagues, sharing best practices to achieve team and individual sales targets.
* Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and mentoring programs to continuously improve your sales performance.
* Contribute to a positive, energetic, and ambitious team culture that celebrates success and hard work.
What We're Looking For

Pay: £586.08-£872.31 per week
