We’re a small, highly ambitious, autonomous team scaling fast - with nine million downloads, features across Vogue, The Drew Barrymore Show, BBC, Forbes and more, and a product with the potential to reshape how people think about getting dressed.

You’ll be joining at a critical stage of growth, where the next challenge is not just making content, but turning content into a scalable growth engine.

We operate a four-day week with unlimited holidays and hybrid working. You’ll work closely with the Founder and CEO, CGO, Head of Product & Marketing, and Brand Director to help Whering grow attention, audience, cultural relevance and installs.

The role

This is a content-led growth role.

You’ll be responsible for growing Whering’s reach, relevance and audience through content, creators and scalable distribution.

You’ll partner closely with the Brand Director, who defines the brand. Your role is to make that brand travel - turning it into content, formats, creator systems and distribution loops that reach the right audiences at scale.

This is a hands-on role, especially at the start. You’ll need to test, create, brief, iterate and learn quickly. But the goal is not simply to produce content.

The goal is to build the engine that makes Whering show up more often, in more places, with more cultural relevance, and with measurable impact on growth.

What we’re looking for

This is not a role for someone looking to learn content-led growth for the first time.

We need someone who has strong, demonstrable experience driving reach, audience growth and distribution before - and can clearly show what they did, what worked, what didn’t, and what impact it had.

You’ll need:

* Clear evidence of having driven reach, audience growth or content-led growth in a previous role, project, platform or creator/community programme
* Experience growing a brand, platform, community, creator network, content channel or audience at scale
* Strong understanding of how content drives top-of-funnel growth
* Ability to create, brief or manage platform-native content across social channels
* Experience working with creators, ambassadors, communities, partners or UGC in a growth-focused way
* Strong judgement on what gets attention and what gets ignored
* A scrappy, autonomous approach to getting results within budget
* The ability to turn successful content into repeatable formats, systems or distribution loops
* Comfort working in a fast-moving startup where you’ll need to test, learn and adapt quickly
