Sellick Partnership is working with a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Manchester, seeking a Junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing and dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career solicitor to build their expertise in commercial property law while working alongside a team of experienced lawyers on a broad range of high-quality matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting on a variety of commercial property transactions, including:
o Acquisitions and disposals
o Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
o Development projects and investment property
o Property finance and refinancing matters
* Supporting senior team members on more complex transactions
* Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and lease documentation
* Managing smaller matters independently, with supervision as required
* Building strong client relationships through professional and proactive service
* Contributing to team business development and marketing activities
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor (0-3 years' PQE) with experience or a strong interest in commercial property law
* Excellent attention to detail and drafting skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
* A team player, keen to learn and progress within a supportive environment
