Key responsibilities of Sales Director:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries, through developing relationships and network expansion.
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve growth goals and increase market share.
Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs to deliver effective solutions.
As a sales director you must stay update on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Work closely with operations to ensure alignment with sales initiatives, improving customer satisfaction.
Track sales metrics, provide updates to senior management, and use data to guide strategic decisions.
