As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nurseries across the UK by providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR policies. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment, ensuring our staff are motivated, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional care and education to children.

Location and Role Details
Our Support Office is based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based in the office.

Key Responsibilities
* Support managers on probation, absence, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
* Assist HR Business Partners and Head of HR
* Prepare disciplinary packs and support hearings
* Manage HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies and legislation
* Advise on employee development and data analysis
* Contribute to HR systems and practices improvement
* Support employee relationships and expectations management
* Provide line manager development training
* Assist with acquisition integration and TUPE
* Participate in projects
Experience and Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
* Previous experience as a HR Advisor
* Level 5 CIPD qualification is desirable
* Knowledge of Care in Early Years is desirable
