A compassionate and proactive female Personal Assistant (aged 30-45) is required to support a 36-year-old mother living with relapsing remitting Multiple Sclerosis and epilepsy.
The role involves a mix of personal assistance, domestic support, driving, and companionship. The successful applicant will be working directly with Stacey, who is committed to living as independently and fully as possible in the community and as a parent., Provide transport using Stacey's wheelchair-adapted vehicle (must be 25+ with a full UK driving licence held for 5+ years and no driving convictions, for insurance purposes)
- Support with attending weekly physiotherapy appointments (every Tuesday morning at 10am)
- Assist with outings, social activities, and time with children during weekends and school holidays
- Help with domestic tasks such as tidying, cleaning, and plant care
- Support with phone calls, paperwork, diary organisation, and managing appointments
- Be willing to assist with basic physical exercises under physiotherapist guidance
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, especially important due to Stacey's low immune system

- Comfortable around children and able to support family outings and activities
- Willing to wear a mask if unwell and refrain from attending if experiencing illness

Desirable qualities:
- Previous experience in a PA or support role is preferred but not essential
- A good sense of humour and a relaxed, positive approach to work
