Job Description:
We need a Specialist Cleaning Technician who's not afraid to get their hands dirty (literally). You'll be tackling everything from workplace cleaning to specialized cleaning that requires a strong stomach and a can-do attitude. Don't worry, we'll provide the training – you just need to bring the guts (and maybe a strong sense of humor).
Responsibilities:
* Responding to emergency callouts (because messes don't wait).
* Performing commercial cleaning tasks.
* Performing domestic cleaning tasks.
* Working with public sector and charity clients.
* Providing bed bug treatment and removal services.
* Undertaking specialized cleaning duties (following strict protocols and safety guidelines – training provided).
* Maintaining a high standard of cleaning and hygiene.
* Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Being flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency callouts.
* Experience in cleaning services (commercial or domestic) is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
* Good communication skills.
* Willingness to undergo training for specialized cleaning (if no prior experience). Desirable (But Not Essential)
* Experience in specialist cleaning, pest control, mould treatment or waste removal
* C1 licence
* Experience in mould remediation or environmental services
