We are looking for a part time Receptionist to run the front desk of our award winning gymnastics club. No gymnastics experience is necessary but the successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills. Our Receptionists are the face of our business and must be able to portray the club's exceptionally high standards.
The hours are:
Tuesday 3pm - 8.15pm
Thursday 3pm - 8.15pm
Friday 3pm - 8.15pm
Saturday 1pm - 6pm
What will you be doing?
* Customer facing: answering questions and helping our customers.
* Managing the registers for all classes and recording the information electronically.
* Answering phone and recording messages.
* Basic First Aid if required.
* Ensuring children do not leave the facility.
* Rest break supervision.
* Shop Sales
* Email replies and renewals.
What skills are required?
* Excellent communication skills.
* IT skills for using our class management software.
* Previous club management experience would be beneficial.
* Keen to learn.
* Polite.
* Tidy

Pay: £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.45 per week
