Our client, a forward-thinking not-for-profit organisation, is recruiting a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their Governance and Quality Assurance Team on a Fixed Term Basis. The role involves providing administrative support to the team, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative duties related to the Governance and Quality Assurance Team's work.
* Manage centralised email accounts, ensuring requests are responded to or forwarded promptly.
* Accurately input data into departmental systems, databases, and spreadsheets, and process or cleanse data as needed.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Professional, confident, and calm demeanor, even in challenging situations.
* Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
