My client is an award-winning, independent property company, with a reputation for high standards and fist class customer service. Due to business growth, they are now seeking a successful estate agency sales consultant to join their flourishing office in Liverpool.
This is a fast-paced combined estate agency sales role, where you will be given the autonomy to develop new business in Liverpool. You will already be successful sales or lettings negotiator, a self-starter who is capable of exceeding targets and has a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service.
Main responsibilities:
* Arranging property viewings
* Arranging valuations
* Prospecting for new business
* Negotiating sales
* Working to daily targets
* Providing an exceptional level of customer service
* Sales progression
* Sourcing and advertising new properties
* Generating new business opportunities
* Selling to a mixture owner occupiers and investors
* You must be a driver with valid UK licence
We are looking for a dynamic, career driven candidate who has experience within the estate agency sector and is now looking for the next step within their career. This sales consultant job in Liverpool offers the opportunity of career progression within 12 months, along with an excellent working environment, incentives, rewards and other benefits. You must be able to work every other Saturday and some evenings.
Basic salary £17, 000k - £20,000k.
