We are looking for 2x Telemarketers who will be responsible for securing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) bookings for the Business Development team, supporting Brymec's strategy to build strong client relationships and promote product expertise as we scale fast in the specification area of the business.
The role requires excellent communication skills to engage potential specifiers and secure CPD bookings, which are vital for expanding Brymec's influence and building trust. The role is fast-paced, with a focus on meeting booking targets ensuring we achieve the minimum requirement by sales for growth each year. Success in this role directly impacts the effectiveness of the BD team and overall sales growth.
Your role is predominantly booking CPD’s within the industry, but will also work directly with the lead coordinator to ensure seamless booking/lead management as bookings are handed over to BD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively contact potential specifiers – this is a daily activity to schedule CPD sessions for the BD team.
* Maintain accurate records - of calls, client interactions, and bookings in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the BD and Marketing team- to align booking strategies with broader marketing campaigns and lead channels
* Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns to convert them into CPD bookings.
