This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who enjoys nurturing existing client relationships, conducting thorough annual reviews, and delivering high-quality, ongoing financial advice rather than focusing on new business generation.
The firm works with employers across the UK, providing trusted financial advice to workplace clients, with a particular focus on pensions, retirement planning, and holistic financial well‑being.

Package
* Base Salary: Up to £80,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
* Uncapped bonus structure linked to quality and volume of client reviews/advice

Key Requirements
* Experience in financial advice
* CAS status (Competent Adviser Status) essential
* Strong background in pension and retirement planning
* Comfortable conducting client reviews and maintaining long‑term relationships
* Focused on providing advice rather than generating new business
