Job Description
The Employment Solicitor will be:
3. Handling a balanced caseload of employer and senior employee matters
4. Advising on grievances, dismissals, discrimination, whistleblowing & litigation
5. Supporting employer clients with contracts, policies, reorganisations & TUPE
6. Collaborating across offices and mentoring junior lawyers
7. Managing own files and admin in a hands-on, agile environment
The Successful Applicant
The Employment Solicitor should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in employment law
9. Experienced in Tribunal and High Court litigation
10. Proactive, organised, and confident in managing client expectations
11. A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
