What Youll Be DoingLi
5. Manage and motivate production teams on the factory floor
6. Support and guide Team Leaders to achieve targets and high-quality builds
7. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and H&S procedures are met
8. Monitor workflow and build processes
9. Read and work from technical drawings
What Were Looking For
10. Previous supervisory or production management experience, ideally in caravans, holiday homes, or modular manufacturing
11. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
12. Ability to read technical drawings
13. Good computer skills
14. Adaptable, hands-on, and proactive approach
