Job Vacancy: Operations Support Location: Huntingdon Hours: Day Shifts (ranging from 05.00:14.00) Salary: 13.95 ph About the Role: We are seeking Operations Support Agents who play a critical role in the smooth running of a fast-paced and demanding organisation. You will suit this role if you enjoy problem solving, supporting customers, communicating with customers internally and externally, and working in a high energy environment where no two days are the same. You need to be proactive, resilient, assertive, and organised Key Responsibilities: Customer case management Managing complaints, disputes and delivery issues Issue employee hardware, maintain stock and keep records Brief the teams on customer requirements Monitor and track compliance standards Analysis of team performance and service failures Problem solve customer issues in a timely manner Complete daily administration tasks accurately Maintain strict adherence to company procedures Requirements: Previous experience in logistics an advantage Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational skills Solid problem solving and decision-making ability Comfortable using multiple IT systems (training provided) Ability to remain calm and professional during escalated situations Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage own workload and work without direct supervision.
