We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team supporting young people aged 16–18 (up to 25) living in semi-independent accommodation. These young people may have experienced trauma, family breakdown, exploitation, mental health challenges, or involvement with the care system — and they need consistent, positive adults who truly care. This is more than a job. It’s a chance to change lives. About the Role As a Support Worker in semi-independent accommodation, you will: * Build positive, trusting relationships with young people * Support young people to develop independent living skills (budgeting, cooking, cleaning, tenancy sustainment) * Promote education, training, and employment opportunities * Encourage positive routines, healthy choices, and emotional wellbeing * Support with appointments, assessments, and multi-agency working * Complete accurate daily logs, support plans, and risk assessments * Use trauma-informed and person-centred approaches at all times * Act as a positive role model, offering guidance, boundaries, and encouragement Who We’re Looking For You don’t need to be perfect &mda...
