Role Overview:
As the Electrician, you will be responsible for completing a wide range of installation works within occupied and void social housing properties. You will work across a designated area in Stoke-on-Trent, ensuring all installations comply with current electrical regulations while delivering high-quality workmanship for tenants and clients.

The Electrician will be:
* Carrying out domestic electrical installations within social housing properties
* Completing core drilling and preparing routes for cables and containment
* Undertaking upgrades, rewires, alterations, and general installation-based tasks
* Ensuring all work is delivered safely and in line with 18th Edition regulations
* Using a PDA or paperwork to record completed works accurately
