Overview
The twilight shift is predominantly inpatient care including high dependency and assisting with out of hour emergencies and procedures. There are also optional surgery and ECC procedure rotations. As a Twilight nurse, you will be working alongside an experienced out of hours nursing team who have a passion for the work they do. Our case load guarantees you will be able to put your nursing skills into practice and will be used to their full potential in a highly rewarding environment. We give excellent support to all our team members.

We accept referrals for Orthopaedic Surgery, Soft Tissue Surgery, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Cardiology, Anaesthesia, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Oncology, Physiotherapy as well as Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) and a Pain Clinic. We have comprehensive and established clinical and non-clinical programmes for training, development and CPD. You can find us in Hampshire, just south of Winchester, close to the M3 and national and international transport links. We are in a serene countryside setting with state-of-the-art facilities and are available to look after pets 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Hours
Part time - 26 hours/week average - 6 hour shifts (4pm-10.30pm) Mon, Tue, Wed and Friday Twilight shifts. Plus participation in the 1:4 Saturday rota (4pm-Midnight) and Bank Holiday rota.
